Capstone sends follow-ups from your own Gmail or Outlook and your own phone number, not a shared relay, so replies land in your inbox and your sending reputation stays yours.

Why $25 when a basic CRM costs $5 to $15
A $5 to $15 tool reminds you to follow up. Then you still write the message, send it, and remember to chase again. The $25 plan does that part:
- Drafting: each follow-up is written from what you talked about, from a meeting, a card scan or your note.
- Sending: from your own Gmail or Outlook once you approve, so replies land in your inbox.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every subscription, on the web, iPhone or Android, starts with a 14-day free trial. Add your card at checkout; cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Is there regional pricing?
Yes. In India, the Philippines, Malaysia, the UAE, South Africa, and Nigeria the Global plan is $9/month with the same 14-day free trial. It appears automatically on this page when you visit from one of those regions.
Does connecting Claude or another AI agent cost extra?
No. The MCP connection is included in every subscription. What is metered is meeting recordings: 20 a month. An agent cannot approve or send anything unless you grant it the optional send permission; by default that stays with you.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from account settings, or email sg@capstonetech.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal; there are no long-term contracts.
